Ray has over thirty years of professional experience with concentration in the tax, financial and estate planning areas. He is the past Chairman of the California CPA Society’s San Jose Chapter's Tax Committee and sits as a member of the CPA Society's State Tax Committee. Over the years, Ray has given speeches to many organizations on timely tax issues and has had articles published in the San Jose Mercury News. His experience in tax lead to recognition by Money Magazine as one of the best tax practitioners in the nation.

Ray is currently a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a past Director and President of the San Jose chapter of the California CPA Society and the Society of CPA Financial Planners
